AFRP Day of Action

AFRP Day of Action 2026 Has Concluded!

Thank you to all who joined us from May 5-7 in DC for the Joint Christian Advocacy Summit!

The AFRP was proud to be one of several Christian organizations partnering with Churches for Middle East Peace to advocate for Palestinians on Capitol Hill. Nearly 300 Christians gathered to fight for peace and justice for the Palestinian people.

Day of Action 2026

This event is open to ALL adults 21 and older who are passionate about advocacy and who refuse to accept injustice as a fixed reality. The AFRP will cover registration, hotel accommodations, and half of travel costs of first-time attendees ages 21-35, while past attendees and all others will be responsible for their own expenses. Selected first-time participants MUST be active members of the AFRP and of their local club in order to qualify for coverage of travel costs from the AFRP and their local club. It is the participant's responsibility to contact their local club president to determine eligibility.

First-time attendees will receive a unique link and code upon registration, while others will receive a separate code to pay the registration fee. Make sure to enter "AFRP" as your organization at registration, when prompted. Register today and join a group of dedicated individuals who are firm, principled and rooted in working and advocating for justice for the Palestinians.

The most recent AFRP Day of Action was held in November 2025, with delegates from all over the country. The group met with congresspeople and senators, and met with several partner organizations that work in public policy.

The purpose of our Congressional meetings was to convey our collective concern for the U.S. response to Israel's ongoing genocide and violation of human rights in Palestine, and to advocate for the advancement of legislation in the House and Senate to protect Palestinian children, while meetings with partner organizations were designed to provide our delegates with the tools necessary to successfully advocate on behalf of Palestinians.

In 2025, we had the privilege to meet with several prominent leaders in grassroots activism and public policy. Delegates met with the Arab American Institute, Ilan Goldenberg of J Street, Hady Amr from Brookings Institute, the IMEU Policy Project, A New Policy, as well as representatives from the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace.
