AFRP Arabic Program

AFRP Summer Arabic Enrichment Course

Keep your Arabic growing this summer with a special 6-week enrichment mini course through the AFRP Arabic Program, in partnership with the Bethlehem Bible College.

This summer course will feature six short stories designed to help our students strengthen their Arabic in a fun, engaging, and meaningful way. Each class will encourage listening, reading, vocabulary building, conversation, and cultural connection.

Classes will begin July 11 and run for 6 weeks (excluding the week of the convention, July 25). Classes are every Saturday from 11 AM - 1 PM EST.

Eligibility requirements:

Must be an AFRP member to register. Students must have completed AT LEAST Level 3 of the AFRP Arabic Program's Traditional Arabic Track, or be able to read full sentences in Arabic.

When we talk about embracing our heritage, it’s mostly about our customs, foods or traditions. However, learning to speak our family’s ancestral language opens up a world of wisdom passed down through the generations. Learning a new language is more than just communication — it’s the gateway to our culture, heritage and identity.

The AFRP Arabic Program offers two tracks designed to welcome learners at every stage
  1. Conversational Arabic (Palestinian Dialect)
Learn to speak and converse in Arabic in everyday situations, without focusing on reading or writing. This track consists of 4 progressive levels, from complete beginner to more advanced conversation.
  2. Traditional Arabic (Reading, Writing, and Speaking)
A well-rounded track for adults who want to gain full language skills. You will learn to read, write, and speak Arabic in the Palestinian dialect, with 5 progressive levels available for interested members.

Our Arabic Program Team is glad to help you select the right level in the track of your choice. Email: arabicprogram@afrp.org.

Whether you are just starting or continuing your journey, there is a class for you! Yalla Ni7ki 3arabi!
