2027 AFRP Mid-Year Meeting
The Mid-Year Meeting is headed to the desert! We're excited for the AFRP's FIRST EVER trip to Phoenix, Arizona. Hosted by the recently formed Ramallah Club of Phoenix, this year's Mid-Year Meeting will bring our community together for a weekend of connection and celebration in the beautiful Southwest.
Taking place over MLK Weekend January 15-16, there's plenty to look forward to:
- First Annual Golf Outing
- Access to spa services at a nearby resort
- Ahla w Sahla Dinner
- Young Adults outing at Red Light District in Downtown Phoenix
- Cigars at Sazarec Lounge
- AFRP Business Meeting
- Hike at Papago Park
- First Local Clubs Basketball Tournament

Please note: Hotel Reservations can be made after you register for the Mid-Year Meeting. The hotel will not honor reservations made outside the link shown once reservation is finalized.

Refund Policy: We regret to inform you that refunds will not be issued under normal circumstances, including cancellations the week of the event. Exceptions may be made solely in cases of severe illness or a death in the family. Proper documentation may be required for such requests.

Impact: 100% of proceeds go directly to the AFRP Endowment Fund to support the AFRP and its many programs

Requirement: MUST be registered for the Mid-Year Meeting to golf
- $1,000 Sponsor: Includes 1 golfer (please note this level does NOT include Mid-Year registration; you will need to register for the Mid-Year Meeting separately)
- $5,000 Sponsor: Includes 4 golfers and 2 Mid-Year registrations (please be aware this level ONLY covers 2 Mid-Year Registrations, you will need to specify who is registering; the other 2 golfers will need to register for the Mid-Year Meeting separately)
- $10,000 Sponsor: Includes 8 golfers and 4 Mid-Year registrations (please be aware this level ONLY covers 4 Mid-Year Registrations, you will need to specify who is registering; the other 4 golfers will need to register for the Mid-Year Meeting separately)
Golf Outing sponsors must provide names of golfers in their group, as well as the names of who they are registering for the Mid-Year, depending on the sponsorship level.
