The American Federation of Ramallah, Palestine (AFRP), a representative organization of more than 40,000 members in the U.S., condemns all forms of xenophobia, anti-Semitism, Islamophobia, anti-Arabism, and anti-religious and gender discrimination.
Hatred, in any form, has no place in our society. The U.S. must strive to be a tolerant country who leads with inclusivity and who embraces our diversity. Our core values as Americans must be grounded in the principle of equity and social justice for all.
We, members of the AFRP, fundamentally affirm and embrace people of all cultures, races, and backgrounds. We abhor the very existence of discrimination, bias and inequality, and seek to live in tolerance, civility and in mutual respect of all cultures, ethnicities and religion.
The AFRP embraces a strong America, one who espouses the qualities of a leader of world peace and who condemns bigotry at every level.
Furthermore, we condemn any policy that targets and excludes individuals based on their ethnic, religious and gender identity.
We stand in solidarity with others who advocate such traits and we call upon President Trump and members of Congress to unite all Americans by disavowing the voices of hate and aggression.
