2026 Mid-Year Meeting in Lexington!
REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN for the 2026 Mid-Year Meeting in Lexington, KY! Join the AFRP family at the annual Mid-Year Meeting in Lexington, KY, taking place March 6-8!
The weekend will be full of connection, purposeful community discussions, and cultural celebration. Centered on our shared commitment to supporting Ramallah and Palestinian communities locally and abroad, our 2026 Mid-Year Meeting is sure to be an excellent one.
Registration for the 2026 Mid-Year Meeting is $250, and includes:
- The Ahla W Sahla dinner
- Breakfast the morning before the Business Meeting
- A ticket to the Grand Banquet on Saturday night, with special entertainment by singer Muhanad Khalaf
*2026 Membership is required to attend this event.
Events at the 2026 Mid-Year Meeting
Space is limited for these events, so please register before it's too late! If you've already registered and would like to add one of these subevents, sign into your My AFRP account, and select "Event Registration" from the homepage. Under "Your Upcoming Events", select "Edit Registration" for the Mid-Year Meeting. You will then be able to add any subevents.
Ahla W Sahla Dinner
Kick off the weekend with our traditional Ahla W Sahla Dinner on Friday evening in the Main Hilton Banquet Hall! The gathering begins at 6:00 PM, and a delicious dinner will be officially served at 7:00 PM. Gather with friends and family for a wonderful evening of fellowship that will run until 10:00 PM.
Young Adults Party
Join the young adults in downtown Lexington for a night out at Mama Tequila, with music courtesy of DJ Eli, and drinks and hookah! The venue is walking distance from the hotel. We will escort groups to and from the venue. This subevent can be added to your Mid-Year registration when registering online, for an additional cost of $40.
Business Meeting
Start your Saturday morning with our essential Business Meeting, running from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Breakfast will be served during the meeting, allowing you to enjoy a great meal while participating in important federation updates and discussions. All members are encouraged to attend and help shape the future of our community.
