2025 Mid-Year Meeting in New Jersey
We are excited to announce that registration for the 2025 Mid-Year Meeting in New Jersey is OFFICIALLY OPEN! Hosted by the newly revived Ramallah Club of New Jersey, the 2025 Mid-Year Meeting will take place next spring, March 20-22 in Weehawken, NJ, and promises to offer an exciting opportunity for our members to explore all the Garden State has to offer—from Hoboken and Jersey City to the sights of our beloved Ramallah’s sister city, Paterson, all while being just a short taxi or 7-minute ferry ride from Manhattan.
Registration for the New Jersey Mid-Year Meeting is $295 and includes access to the Ahlan wa Sahlan dinner on Thursday night in a beautiful hall overlooking the Hudson River, the traditional Arabic breakfast on Saturday morning before the AFRP Business Meeting, and a ticket to the Special Grand Banquet on Saturday night.
You’ll also have the opportunity to take a day trip to “Little Palestine” in Paterson, NJ. Taking place Friday, March 21, attendees will explore the city, enjoy a special meal at one of Paterson’s Palestinian restaurants and hookah lounge, and meet with Mayor Andre Sayegh.
Additionally, you can register for an evening event that same Friday at Havana on the Hudson, a special cigar lounge. Attendees will enjoy a free cigar, access to an exclusive walk-in humidor, as well as Scotch and Arak in a relaxing lounge. Space is limited, so sign up early!
Young adults ages 21 and over can participate in a NJ-exclusive bar crawl on Friday evening, which will take them on a tour of New Jersey’s nightlife.

The Mid-Year will take place at the newly built, trendy, and scenic EnVue Marriott Autograph Collection hotel in Weehawken, NJ, with a clear view of the Manhattan skyline right across the river. Hotel reservations can ONLY be made through the link provided at registration. Any reservations made outside of the registration link will NOT be honored and will not receive the special event rate.
