| AFRP Arabic Program | Our Arabic Language Program offers courses designed to preserve culture and pass the language to the next generation. Through engaging instruction and practice, learners of all levels strengthen their connection to their heritage while building real language skills. |
| AFRP Day of Action | The annual AFRP Day of Action provides young adults the opportunity to engage directly in advocacy by meeting with elected officials in Washington, D.C. Participants gain firsthand experience in civic engagement and learn how to effectively advocate for Palestinian rights and their communities. |
| Camp Ramallah | Camp Ramallah is a weeklong cultural experience for youth ages 13–17, where participants immerse themselves in heritage, history, and community through educational activities and adventure. |
| Communications | The Communications team manages the AFRP’s external messaging, including public relations and media engagement, with the goal of expanding the Federation’s visibility and reach. |
| Digital Infrastructure | The AFRP Digital Infrastructure team maintains the AFRP’s robust digital infrastructure, including the website and the membership portal My AFRP, and provides technical support. |
| Investment | The Endowment Committee oversees and grows the AFRP’s assets through strategic investments, ensuring we can expand and strengthen our programs for years to come. |
| Governmental Affairs | Composed of dedicated AFRP members nationwide, the Government Affairs Committee drives our advocacy work, pushing for Palestinian rights and making sure our community’s voice is heard in local, state, and federal government. |
| Hathihe Ramallah Magazine | Hathihe Ramallah Magazine is the AFRP’s official publication and a powerful connector of Ramallah families throughout the U.S. The staff works tirelessly to preserve the magazine’s excellence and to deliver stories that unite, inform and celebrate our community. |
| Leadership Ramallah | Leadership Ramallah is a cornerstone program designed to cultivate the next generation of leaders within our community. Through a series of workshops, mentorship opportunities, and hands-on learning experiences, participants gain the tools, confidence, and perspective needed to excel both personally and professionally. This program goes beyond traditional training, it challenges participants to think strategically, communicate effectively, and lead with integrity — skills that translate directly into career advancement and community impact. |
| Medical Mission | Formed in 2000 under the ARFHSN, the goal of the Medical Mission is to support the healthcare system in Palestine, by overseeing the management of clinics, providing the latest in medical technology and training, and working to develop new medical departments and services at various hospitals and clinics in Palestine. |
| Mentorship Program | The AFRP is developing a new Mentorship Program designed to prepare and empower the next generation of leaders within our community. This initiative will pair young adults with experienced professionals and seasoned Federation leaders who can offer guidance, support, and real-world insight. The program will focus on building confidence and strengthening leadership skills. Through one-on-one mentorship, group learning, and hands-on experiences, participants will gain the tools they need to grow personally and professionally. |
| Ramallah Preservation Project | The Ramallah Preservation Project is an initiative to preserve Ramallah’s historical and ancestral heritage, as a part of the greater story of Palestine and the Palestinian people. Members help oversee the program by assisting with document gathering, website and social media, and convention exhibits. |
| Ramallah Business Professionals Network | The Ramallah Business Professional Network (RBPN) brings together professionals and entrepreneurs from across the U.S. to build a strong, connected Ramallah business community. Through training courses, group activities and networking events, the program helps participants sharpen their professional skills and expand their opportunities. |
| Strategic Planning | Through the Strategic Planning Committee, the future of the AFRP is mapped out, with the goal of helping the AFRP grow and help in performing its mission. |
| Young Leaders | The Young Leaders Committee is comprised of dedicated young adults who work to engage Ramallah youth and young adults in every level of the AFRP. |
